Jamareion DeAnglo Crawford was the son of the late Jermaine Crawford and Glenrita Ravenell Gaddist. He was born September 19, 2007, in Charleston, South Carolina.
On Monday, January 13, 2025, God in his infinite wisdom called his son Jamareion Crawford, 17, of Eutawville, South Carolina, from his earthly home to his heavenly home. We must not mourn as those without hope for he has gone to receive the great reward promised to all who serve our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Jamareion, affectionately known as “Mari,” was known for his tall stature and big heart! He was a Junior at Lake Marion High School & Technology Center and a member of the Class of 2026. He was following the masonry career path. Mari was a loving, caring, and helpful son, brother, nephew, and friend who enjoyed playing with his nieces and nephew.
He shared a special bond with his nephew who shared his birthday. He also enjoyed playing football, playing video games, making music, and dancing. Mari especially loved spending time with family and friends; he had the most beautiful smile that would just light up any room. He also shared a special connection with LaTrenda Profit, Harmony, and Xavion. He will forever be loved and missed by many.
Those left to cherish his memories are his mother, Glenrita Ravenell Gaddist; his siblings; grandparents, Glenn Ravenell, Sr., and Barbara Ravenell; paternal grandparents, Rosa Crawford and Ben Crawford; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephew, cousins, teachers, and friends.
