Princess Kimora Keyona Jackson
Princess Kimora Jackson, 12, of Eutawville, SC was born September 20, 2011 to Keyon Jackson of Cross, SC and Kimberly Davis of Eutawville, SC. Princess Kimora unexpectedly departed this life on November 21, 2023.
She was the last grandchild of Albertha and the Late Hermie (Stump) Davis of Eutawville, SC. Kimora was also the second grandchild to Don Earl and Pastor Maple Jackson of Cross, SC.
Kimora accepted Christ at an early age at Springhill Baptist Church of Eutawville. She also attended Word of Life Deliverance Church of Cross, SC.
Kimora began her love of education through various daycare centers in the area. She attended St.James-Gaillard Elementary School from Kindergarten through fifth grade, where she participated in lot of school activities. One of those activities was dancing. Kimora loved to dance and became a member of the dance team, “DuoTrio”.
Throughout her school years, Kimora was inducted into the Beta club and received various achievement awards through groups, such as the Kiwanis Club, and etc. While in the Beta Club, she was recognized by the Orangeburg County School District Board of Trustees for participating in the Performing Arts and the Quiz Bowl competitions. She was crowned Miss Beta and Fifth grade First Runner Up for Mayday 2023. She was so proud for placing third in the Beta Club National Competition.
Kimora was in her second year of cheerleading for the Cross Recreation Department and was crowned Miss Cross Recreation. She did all this while moving on to her sixth grade year at Holly Hill-Roberts Middle School. She maintained her academic level of AB Honor Roll throughout her school career. She also became a member of G.W.P. (Girls With Purpose).
All through school, she developed personal relationships with the school staff. She was adored and loved by the students, the teachers, the custodians and the bus drivers.
Kimora also loved driving, riding ATVs, fishing and hunting with her father.
She leaves behind to cherish her mother of the home and her father of Cross, SC. Her maternal grandmother and paternal grandparents. Two aunts, Selena Davis of Eutawville, SC, Dedra Jackson of Cross, SC, and a special Aunt, Ashley Myers of Eutawville, SC. Five uncles, Don Jackson of Cross, SC, Anthony Davis of Holly Hill, SC, Herman Davis, Kenneth Davis, and Harvey Davis of Eutawville, SC. Her Great-grandparents Roosevelt Lee and Doretha Lee. Her brother Kanija Davis. Two sisters, Deiona Davis and Braylyn Jackson. Her favorite cousins, Kiara Davis, Kiandra Davis, Marlik Davis, Chevry Davis, Dakyra Davis, Ty’Main Davis, Miracle Coleman, and Jacelynn Jackson. Her special friends, Jenesis Jones, Daylen Ferguson, Ivory Hall, and Kimberly Harlestonband a host of other relatives and friends.
