Leonard Lee Obituary

Leonard Devell Lee was born September 26, 1974 to Marie Ann Lee and the late MacArthur Lee, Sr in Charleston, South Carolina. Leonard attended public schools in Berkeley County where he graduated from Cross High School with the class of 1992. He also graduated Cum Laude from Nielsen Electronic Institute in 1995. At an early age, he became a member of Greater St. Paul United Methodist Church in Cross, South Carolina.

Leonard was loved by many for his laid back, dependable and easy-going personality. He was a man of few words, but he had an infectious laugh that will be greatly missed. Leonard was very jovial, helpful and stylish which translated to his love of cars.

Leonard was a hard worker who loved his family and the Dallas Cowboys. At an early age Leonard was so fascinated with remote cars that he treated them as if they were gold. In 1996 he became a truck driver for Halls Trucking, where his newfound passion arose. From his newfound passion of trucking, he received his CB handle “Small Fry”.

Leonard was preceded in death by his father MacArthur Lee, Sr as well as his maternal and paternal grandparents. Leonard leaves to cherish his memories: his daughter, Leonisha Lee of Columbia, SC, a loving mother, Marie Ann Lee of Cross, SC.
