Ms. Sharon V. Lee, 61, of Eutawville, South Carolina, passed away on August 24, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.
Born on September 22, 1963, in Holly Hill, South Carolina, Sharon was the daughter of the late Mattie and Edward B. Lee. From her earliest days, she carried a bold spirit and a vibrant personality that left a lasting impression on everyone she met. Known for being funny and outspoken, Sharon brought energy and authenticity into every space she entered.
Sharon built a remarkable career marked by dedication and excellence. She worked for many years at Cummins in Summerville, South Carolina. Her commitment to her craft and her colleagues made her a respected figure in the workplace. She was not only known for getting the job done—but getting it done right. A trusted teammate and mentor, Sharon played an instrumental role in training and guiding many of her coworkers throughout her tenure.
Sharon was preceded in death by her parents Mattie and Edward B. Lee, and her brothers Ladris “Pop” Lee and Dean “Ricky” Lee.
She leaves behind a loving family who will cherish her memory: her daughter Matisse Lee; her son Arjay Clarett; and one beloved granddaughter, Raleigh Wright. Sharon is also survived by her siblings: Sam Lee, Shirley (Joe) Canty, Clarence Lee, Janie Lee, Roxie (Connie) Floyd, Edward Lee, Ronnie (Shinita) Lee, Malichia Lee, and Kenya Lee. Her extended family includes a cherished aunt, Rosa Starkes; along with numerous other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends whose lives were touched by her presence.
Sharon Lee’s legacy of strength, humor, and unwavering dedication will live on through those who knew and loved her. May her memory bring comfort to all who mourn her passing.
